At BraceAbility, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your recovery; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 45 days of purchase. Items must be in new, resaleable condition and include all original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and inserts are included inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
